How can I apply for a job?
  1. Download the FastJobs app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store (iTunes)
  2. Launch the FastJobs app
  3. Register or login to your account
  4. Complete your FastJobs user profile for the employers to know you better
  5. Look through the listings on the jobs feed or search for a job you are interested in and apply from the specific job ad in the app by tapping the call button or email button
What features does the mobile app provide?
  • Create an account with basic information such as your full name, contact number and email address
  • Set preferences based on job function, job industry, location, salary and job type
  • View job postings shown to you based on your preferences
  • Find a job with keyword search
  • Save your favourite job or apply for the job you want
I can't apply for an account. What can I do?

Email address and mobile number are unique to our users. You may like to check if you are a registered user of STJobs and login using your STJobs account information.

If otherwise, try to register for an account with a new email address.

I applied for an account but cannot log in. What can I do?

After you register for an account, check your email for verification. Do take note to check your Spam/ Junk mail folder in case the email is routed there by mistake.

If you have already verified your email address, make sure you entered your registered email address and password correctly.

If you have forgotten your password, please use the Forgot Password feature so that we can reset your password.

How can I track the jobs I saved/ applied for?

Your favourite jobs will be stored in the 'Saved Jobs'’ tab for 7 days and the jobs that you apply for via email or phone will be recorded under the 'Applied Jobs' tab for 30 days.

I do not have a FastJobs account, why am I getting applicants through FastJobs?

As a value added service to increase the mileage of your Classifieds Job advertisement on The Straits Times and The New Paper, the advertisement will also be published on FastJobs to reach out to mobile app users.

What are FastCoins?

FastCoins is a credit system that we have adopted on FastJobs.

This do-it-yourself approach allows greater autonomy and faster response to the employer's job posting process.

How do I use FastCoins?

FastCoins can be purchased through your sales account manager. You may also like to contact us at customercare@fastjobs.sg or call 6319 8877.

You can access your employer dashboard with your account information that will be sent to you. FastCoins will be deducted with every action performed, i.e: post job, feature jobs and extend expiry date etc.

What are the rates of posting job positions? Are there special rates for certain packages?

Each job posting will be available for 7 days. For rates, please email us at customercare@fastjobs.sg or call 6319 8877.

How would I know my FastCoins balance?

You can login into your account from the employer dashboard. The balance of your FastCoins as well as the expiry date will be indicated on the top right hand corner in the dashboard.

What should I do if I have insufficient FastCoins while posting a job?

You will not be able to perform an action if you do not have sufficient FastCoins. Top up your FastCoins to post jobs. For assistance, please email us at customercare@fastjobs.sg or call 6319 8877.

My FastCoins have expired. What can I do?

Your FastCoins has a validity period based on the package purchased. It is strongly encouraged that you login to your employer dashboard and use the account actively.

We will be sending notification emails to remind you prior to the expiry of your FastCoins. You may choose to top up your package to continue using your FastCoins or use your existing FastCoins to extend your expiry date.

My job vacancy is already filled. Can I delete the ad (expire the ad prematurely)?

You may do so by sending a request to customercare@fastjobs.sg and we will help you expire it. Alternatively you can set the ad to expire manually from the employer dashboard after logging in.

Can I direct applicants to my personal email address or contact?

You may indicate the way you would like to be contacted for each job posting. This can be through email or via phone.

I would like to feature my job posting. Can this be done?

A featured job posting gets more attention from potential job seekers. You can choose to feature your job posting as an add-on with FastCoins. This has to be done concurrently while you are posting your job advertisement.

How would I know how many FastCoins are used for each add-on?

The number of FastCoins required will be indicated beside the add-on. The total amount of FastCoins required will be calculated and reflected before you confirm to proceed with your job posting.
