This Part-time Diploma is suitable for former/current culinary chef and pastry chef with at least 1 year of relevant working experience in the F&B industry to upgrade and enhance their skills. The modules covered in this programme allow participants to gain management knowledge to stay relevant in the ever-changing F&B industry.
