Over this two days course, participants will be shown by skilled pastry chefs who will impart the knowledge and essential principles of baking Vegan and Gluten-free dishes. They will acquire techniques in baking such as sifting, folding, whisking, rubbing, rolling, shaping and assembling. They will also be equipped with the ability to identify common faults in baking these dishes and how to prevent them.
