Course Introduction

This course is targeted for the general public to learn how to prepare local hot and cold beverage. The programme will also promote opportunities for the general public to pursue a career in the Food Service industry. The programme will introduce learners to the common local beverage (operations and quality), preparation needed for making a good cup of local beverage and finally serving the beverage. It is designed for a participant who has the interest to learn about local beverage that is widely available in the market place.

Who is this Course for?

Coffee lovers and general public who are keen in knowing more about local beverages or keen in joining the F&B industry
Public who wishes to develop skillsets in beverage making in anticipation of a job transition (e.g. people looking at career switch, unemployed looking for a job, etc.)
F&B owners who wish to send themselves or employees for technical skills upskilling with the introducing of local beverages in their menu.
