• Able to cook Thai OR Vietnamese cuisine competently
• Artistic and creative talent in food presentation and menu innovation
• Effective in controlling food cost to minimise wastage and spoilage
• Able to multi-task in fast-paced kitchen environment

Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience with a proven record preferably in a Thai OR Vietnamese restaurants
