• Follow-up of new leads to identify new business through phone calls to market the company's product and services
• Actively conducting new leads call activities to potential customers
• Plan and participate in all sales leads generation activities
• Quantify and qualify all potential leads prior to passing on relevant prospects to sales team
• Raise relevant paperwork for the main customer database to ensure that customer information is available throughout the organization.
• Ensure potential leads are developed into new business
• Update and produce all activities in company’s marketing reports in a timely manner.
• Maintain effective communication and secure sales appointment for sales team to follow-up
• Preferably diploma holder and minimum 2 years experience in sales & marketing in health & beauty industry.
• Good interpersonal, strong communication and presentation skills
• Independent, pro-active & a team player.
• IT-savvy and competent in Microsoft words and excel.
