You are required to respond to customers’ enquiries via the respective Customer Service touch points like hotline, email, social media within the stipulated time/ target set.
Work with different departments within the organisation on service recovery for case closure at customer’s level and to meet the target set for case resolution. Update and record the customers information via internal customer information system.
You are able to learn on how to work with a variety of people and opportunity to cross sell products or services over the phone too.
To be successful in this role :
You need to have the patience, good listening skills, firm and warm personality and work under pressure in a fast pace working environment.
Customer Service experience is an added advantage.
Working days: 5 days work week, 44 hours/week (Rostered - required to work on weekends and public holidays)
