Roles & Responsibilities

Manages reception duty either by telephone, electronically or face to face
Serves customers by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately
Answering phone calls in a professional manner and routing calls as necessary
Respond promptly, handle and resolve customer inquiries, complaints
Perform other clerical receptionist duties
Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirement

Min 'O' Level and above
Entry level candidates are welcome to apply as training will be provided
at least 1-year experience in customer service/receiptionist is an advantage
Able to work confidently and pro-actively in a fast-paced environment
Able to work independently as well as being a team player
Able to provide excellent customer service
