Supermarket Department Manager (for Customer Online Orders)

Purpose :
Manage the store-based Online fulfilment team and click and collect team and ensuring operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

-Responsible for maintaining end-to-end operations according to SOP
-Support the Online Ops Manager in ensuring operation efficiency and SOPs are followed
-Work with the Store Manager to ensure 100% fulfilment
-Work with central Online Ops Manager in reviewing and improving operation processes.
-Plan the team's roster and manage manpower according to operation needs
-Train new team members as required
-Reporting of data as required by the Online Ops Manager
-Reporting of system issues and participating in weekly meetings with the central Online Ops team
-Other duties as assigned

Requirements :
-More than 3 years in a supervisory role
-Requires critical-thinking/problem-solving skills
-Knowledge with supermarket store operations will be useful but not necessary
-Entrepreneurial mindset with a can-do attitude and proactiveness
-Not afraid to 'roll up sleeves' and be hands-on in guiding and supervising the team.
-6-day work week with shifts required
-Must be IT-literate and comfortable with new technology
-Willing to travel to other stores to work as per business needs
