Talent Acquisition Partner (Fixed Term 3 Months Contract)

- Support the end-to-end process of recruitment and onboarding
- Partnering and collaborating with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
- Sourcing potential candidates from various channels
- Screen incoming resumes and applications, shortlist and interview candidates
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Drive recruitment strategies and develop process improvement to improve hiring quality


- Min Diploma
- Min 1 year of experience recruiting blue collar / non-management staff
- Min 6 months to 1 year of experience with high volume recruitment
- Recruitment Agency experience will be advantageous
-Resilient and able to work in a high pressure environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Preferably able to converse in more than one (1) language
- Strong decision-making skills and takes initiative
- Good team player and able to work independently when needed
