KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• You will develop a solid understanding of our products and their uses and applications, to create memorable shopping experiences and deliver the highest quality of service
• Provide expert advice to customers on the right products to suit their needs
• Developing strong connections with your customers to generate loyal customers and repeat transactions
• General store operations – including visual merchandising and managing inventory, stocktake and general housekeeping
REQUIREMENTS
• Strong communication skills are a must – along with a passion for customer service and the ability to build relationships with others at different levels
• Previous experience in beauty skincare / Shoes / fashion/ retail is a bonus but not mandatory – we’re looking for positive energy, a can-do attitude and someone who is willing to roll up their sleeves and work proactively
• You must be able to work retail hours – this includes morning, afternoon and weekend shifts on a weekly basis
