Location : Tiong Bahru
Working Hour : 11:00-14:30; 17:30-22:30 (Split Shift)
5.5 Days per week
Job Scopes :
- Assisting with Restaurants Manager
- Responsible for restaurant's business performants with restaurant manager
- Greet incoming and departing guests warmly with a genuine smile and eye contact; escort them to assigned dining area; present menus.
- Answer incoming calls to the restaurant and provide appropriate service. Tend to special Guest needs and requests
- Help dining room staff by setting and clearing tables; replenishing water; serving beverages
- Issue dining charges by verifying orders; calculating taxes; totaling bill for to-go orders
- Answering phone calls, taking reservations and answering questions.
- Skills reservations scheduling
- Ensure grooming meets company standards
- Ensure stationeries are being well prepared
- Maintained constant communication between management and all other employees to provide smooth operations in an extreme high volume environment.
- Have 1- 2 years experience in F&B
- Willing / Able to work split shifts
- Good communication skill
