UP TO  $ 14.5 / hour

• Nearest MRT station: Tiong Bahru
• 3 + 9 Months Contract (*with chance of extension)
• Working Hours:
9.00am – 6.00pm (Monday to Friday)

Job Scopes:

• Support project manager in the administrative and operational tasks
• To plan and engage with trainees by attending to queries via email or phone calls
• Support Manager in drafting letters of agreement and undertaking with trainees and employers, respectively
• Events management e.g. manage and consolidate registration, administrative and technical support
• Handling data entry and ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Only Singaporean
• Min. Diploma holder and above
• At least 6 months working experience in administrative, finance or marketing roles
• Familiar with MS Office software (eg. Office, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Writes well and has good verbal communication skills
