Our client is a well known Organization that specialist in security surveillance. They are currently seeking for driven candidates to join their growing business as Customer Support & Service Engineer . in this role, the responsibilities include:

* Work with the team to solve client's security system problems
* Provide support and maintenance services such as routine preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, system upgrades/expansions/alterations and systems training.
* Increase customer satisfaction
* Renew the support & maintenance contract.
* Provide routine preventive maintenances.
* To be proficient in our products and technology. Always improve ability
* Handle daily trouble-shooting, follow up all open technical issues till the problems resolved.



The Talent

* Minimum Diploma or above in Electronic, Computer, Automatization or Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience in security system field with knowledge of Access Control or CCTV will be considered as a plus.
* Basic IT knowledge in hardware, network and database.
