Job:

- Overall responsible for the smooth operations of outlet and efficiently to achieve sales target and enforce on HDC standards.
- Solicit customers' feedback to understand the needs and wants of customers
- Consistently monitor products and labor costs to maintain within budget
- Achieve sales targets and ensure profitability of the outlet
- Conduct stock count and receiving for F&B, packaging and all other stocks
- Provide training and coaching to staff assessing performance
- Get involved in the various station works and maintenance of outlet


Requirements:

- No minimum experience is required
- Able to perform shift work and also work on weekends
