FROM  $ 2300 / month

Prepare Payroll / CPF Calculation and submission
Recruitment / manage orientation, on boarding and Training/ Staff Benefit
Prepare HR related docs (contract, etc)/ Manager HR database and upkeep P&C docs (Contracts, licences, insurance policies etc)

manage day-to-day admin duties (Responding to emails etc)
verification staff claim/ bank reconciliation and payment to based on due dates
Create daily sales report/ submission of vouchers to get payment (if any) with landlords
Assisting auditor and outsource accountant on monthly / quarterly / yearly account closing related to XERO accounting system.
Data entry for sales record from different platform (Grab, Foodpanda etc)
Other ad-hoc duties when assigned

Min 3 years experience in HR
Knowledge in accounting system and in F&B are preferrable
