Customer Service Officer

UP TO $ 2300 / month
- Require to take instructions and orders from the Head Ops.
- Assisting the customers in the pre and after sales work.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs and provide relevant solutions.
- Assist the company in a few various current or upcoming projects.
- Assist in handling clients or customers through the documentation and administrative work.
- Looking after the after-sales procedure. Resolve customers’ issues via phone, email or social media.
- Maintain all platform together with the Head Ops and complete most of the relevant task for the company.
Interested Candidate do look out for the following requirement for this role below:
- Relevant customer service working experience will be an added credit for for this job.
- We are dealing with a lot of suppliers from China, thus been able to read, understand and write Chinese will be for the job needs (able to read, understand and write Chinese to assist in handling clients or customers through the documentation written in Chinese and administrative work.). - ---
- Able to carry bulky item (i.e up to 25kg) alone.
- Having knowledge in the digital electronics products and the e-commerce background will be be a plus point for this vacancy.
- Strong Communication skill and quick thinking are what we are looking for.
- Be able work independently and also cooperate with team is a skill that we are looking for.
- Knowledge iOS and android system, Microsoft excel and relevant program.
- Able to multi-task and manage time effectively.
Gross Salary SGD1800 ~ SGD2300
Working Hours: 10am to 7pm (Monday to Friday), 10am to 2pm (Saturday),5.5 days/week
