Manager in Training - up to 3k - 5 days work week

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Lead the team and ensure the company service standards are upheld
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operation of the restaurant
• Promote positive work environment by creating service culture
• Facilitate compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements
• Manage compliance with F&B hygiene policies and procedures
• Assist in sending daily sales report
• Investigate and resolve complaints concerning food quality and service
• Enhance the customer experience and ensure customer satisfaction
• Responsible and be able to direct hire, provide training, and scheduling of food service personnel
• Perform other duties as assigned by the management

• Min. Diploma or equivalent with 3 years of relevant experience
• Strong communication, interpersonal and management skills
• Passionate in providing excellent management and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and in a team

Walk in interview - Monday to Friday (except Public Holiday)
Timing - 10 am till 5 pm (avoid lunch time 12 pm till 2 pm)
