Job Responsibilities
• Manage all day-to-day operations of the bakery section of the kitchen
• Able to produce donut on schedule
• Follows proper handling and right temperature of all food products
• Maintain inventory and storage in a well-organized manner
• Responsible to clean up workplace and perform minor maintenance to equipment on daily basis
• Ensure compliance of all food safety standards in baking process
• Propose innovative recipes and create new baked goods
• Ad hoc duties to assist colleagues when needed
• Measuring and combining ingredients and using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to make baked goods.
