Job Role Description: You will be handing incoming phone calls and other as well as managing files, updating paperwork and other documents, and performing other general office assistant duties and errands.

• Process customer’s orders timely and accurately
• Handle customer’s enquiries and provide sales quotations
• Efficient and smooth handling of customers’ request
• Prepare Job Costing upon receipt of Proof of Deliveries (POD)
• Ensure all POD are returned on same day or latest tomorrow
• Ensure all good returns are returned accordingly to schedule
• Handling of cargo documentation (Import/Export)
• Prepare delivery reports (Daily/Weekly/Monthly as per request)
• Work closely with Operation Executive, Operation Supervisor and Customer Service Executive for POD and Invoices.
• Undertake any other roles and responsibilities assigned by your manager.
