Job Responsibilities
• To manage outlet operations and ensure profitability and operational efficiency of the outlet
• Ensure daily opening and closing duties in the outlet are properly executed
• Manage overall manpower planning, including planning daily duty roster to ensure optimum use of manpower in the outlet
• Verify & process daily and monthly payroll
• Achieve monthly sales target and report daily sales and cost of labour of the outlet to the office
• Prepare the daily sales report.
• Recruit & select staff that meet set expectations and are suited to work in a customer-oriented environment
• Attend to guest requests and attend to guest complaints as required
• Other duties assigned by General Manager

Job Requirements
• Work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a restaurant
• At least 3 years of experience in management of Food and Service Operations
• Willing to provide the highest quality of service at all times
• Able to multi-task and adapt to fast paced environment
• Possess WSQ Food & Hygiene Certificate
• Able to perform split shift and work on weekends and public holidays
• Good in computer literate in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
