F&B Supervisor (Chinese Restaurant)

Primary Responsibilities
• Process the food orders and operating a cash register, replenishment of stocks, polishing the cutleries and completing other assigned tasks
• Ability to create and articulate the menu to the guest
• Ensure the stocks in the restaurants are well replenished and there are sufficient food items in the warmer, cleaning the restaurant and completing other assigned tasks
• Interact with guests; provide warm and memorable guest experience, ensure all guests receive prompt and excellent standards of service

• GCE O Level
• Min 1 year experience in Supervisory level
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with cheerful personality
• Able to perform shift work, including working on weekends/public holidays and night shift
• Able to work in a smoking environment
