Routine kitchen tasks such as setting up workstations and ingredients, so that food can be prepared in accordance with recepies
POS, taking orders from customer over the counter. Able to explain our menu in confidence.
Responsibilities will include:
Follow prep list
Lable and stock all ingredients on shelves so they are organized and easily accessible
Prepare cooking ingredients by washing and cutting vegetables and chopping meat
Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen, by cleaning dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and taking out trash
Team player with good communication skills
Very good physical condition and endurance
Ability to remain calm under pressure
