• Handle all new and/or existing customers appointment booking.
• Attend to walk-in customers at the outlet
• Handle of monetary receipts and payment.
• Assist all customers enquires including emails reply.
• Assist outlet manager on individual's commission calculation.
• Cold calling
• Data entry
• Manage outlet POS System for all transaction
• An other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
• Minimum 1 years customer service experience in beauty industry
• Candidate must possess at least Secondary School GCE ‘N” or “O” level education.
• Cheerful and outgoing characteristic.
• Able to speak bilingual language to liaise with customers
• Work location near to MRT station.
• 5 days work week - 1 weekday and 1 weekend off
• Retail Working Hours
