Measure meal ingredients properly
Prepare food ingredients, which includes seasoning of different meats as well as washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables and fruits
Prepare basic salads and sauces
Receive deliveries and verify all ordered items have been delivered and are of good quality
Take inventory of restaurant supplies and notify supervisor of low or depleted supplies
Discard all expired and spoiled food items stored in the stock rooms, refrigerators, and freezers
Perform essential cleaning duties and sanitize the workstations
Plate and present meal items

Required Skills:

Fascinated with cooking and passion for learning
Quality working on a desert dining concept
Be able to handle open kitchen concept with diner’s interaction
Multitask (cleaning, prep work, cooking, serving, and aftersales services)
Language - be able to communicate with Chef Huseyin Turan in English and engage with diners from a dynamic culture
Team players and love to help and support each other
Confident and natural communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
Customer focus with the ability to engage with different types of diners and build rapport quickly
