Restaurant Operations

Prepares all raw cooking materials and all mise-en-place as required
Prepares orders according to the recipe and ensures accuracy in portioning
Ensure appealing food presentation at all times
Prepare and cook food in designated areas of the kitchen as per the standards
Monitor food inventories and place orders
Ensure all hygiene standards are observed at all times
To work safely, efficiently and being productive at all times
Cleans and maintains work areas and equipment
Undertake ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisors
Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements

With or without experience are welcome as training will be provided
Ability to multi-task and work independently in a face-paced environment
Positive attitude with a service-oriented mindset
Demonstrate ability to work as a team
