Job Description

Sales and marketing executives research and develop marketing and sales strategies for a company.
To drive sales by designing and implementing targeted marketing strategies.
Able to create awareness of and develop the brand you're marketing.
Able to communicate with target audiences and build and develop customer relationships.
Able to work closely with in-house or external creative agencies to design marketing materials such as brochures and adverts.
Responsible for running campaigns to attract people to the business' brand, product, or service.
Construction background would be a bonus. Candidates without experience in construction line are required to have basic corporate sales experience. Training will be provided.
Having your own transport is ideal but it is not a requirement.
Meeting with clients virtually or during sales visits.
You are required to do cold-calling (phone or telemarketing), building rapport with existing clients to increase revenue, attending to walk-in customers from daily reception counter, contacting prospective clients via our advertisement contacts.
There is a monthly sales quota and performance required to achieve.
Very attractive commission scheme and monthly tiered bonus will be given upon hitting the required KPIs. Successful sales personnel can comfortably attain an income of between $6,000 - $15,000 per month.

Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
Year(s) of Experience at least 1 year working experience
