Responsibilities:

Provide office administration activities for the centre (phone handling, document preparation, filing and document control)
Assist the Director/ Deputy Director/ Assistant Director in arranging of appointment and handles walk in enquiries before handing over to appropriate Manager/ Executive
Maintain good customer satisfaction
Assist in supporting event management activities
Assist in the creation, development, implementation and tracking of the overall digital marketing strategy, across various channels and campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media etc.)
Manage and maintain the company’s owned media including websites and channels
Assist in preparing report for submission to the stakeholder
Assist in supporting program management activities
Provide assistance in performing purchasing activities/ liaise with the central admin in purchasing activities
Support the group-based upgrading project/s (GBU) as team member
Support the Implemented Quality Management System
Assist in formulating QMS procedures, updating and taking necessary CAPAR
Any other responsibilities assigned by the Director/Deputy Director/Assistant Director
