Café Supervisor Job Responsibilities :
Manage and oversee daily operations of the cafe
Lead & supervise a team of F&B staffs
Ensure sufficient stocks for daily operations, using FIFO method
Maintain accurate and updated records of daily, weekly and monthly revenues and expenses
Develop actions plans for the team to meet operational and organizational objectives
Develop strategic and operational plans for managing execution and measuring results of cafe
Ensure café is maintained according to company cleaning standards
To conduct training for staffs according to company standards
Undertake the above duties working on a rotational basis and any additional duties as requested by Management.
Need to work on weekends and Public Holidays
Able to stand long hours on shift
Rotating shifts (opening & closing)
Job Qualifications :
Passionate about service
Minimum education requirement of O levels and above.
Minimum one year of previous supervisory role in the F&B industry.
Outgoing personality and a go-getter.
Enjoy challenges and able to cope in a fast paced environment
Excellent verbal and communication skills.
Able to work overtime, on special events, weekends and Public Holidays when needed.
6 days work week. Need to work on weekends and public holidays.
