Job Responsibilities
• Welcome & greet guests at hotel's main entrance
• Assist guests in delivering guests’ luggage to guest rooms / luggage store
• Escort guests up to the guest rooms
• Assist guests in safe-keeping / retrieving their stored luggage in accordance to hotel’s established procedures
• Manage, oversee and secure guests' luggage while in storage (i.e. while under the hotel's care)
• Carpark and driveway traffic control / management
• Conduct departure calls to guests
• Send / retrieve items to / from guest rooms
• Upkeep of cleanliness in the lobby, luggage storage area and driveway
• Cleaning of lobby glass walls / doors
• Attend to guest inquiries and within reason, render appropriate assistance
• Assist guests with taxi booking / hailing
• Execute the opening of guestroom safe deposit box, on instruction from the Duty Manager & door lockset battery change etc
• To be vigilant at the hotel lobby and to report any suspicious activities to Managers on duty
• Comply with the Health and Safety measures as part of public health infection prevention
