Job Description & Requirements
Report directly to the Phlebotomy Supervisor, you shall be responsible for the following tasks, including but not limited to:
Collect blood specimens from patients, including infants and children via venipuncture, finger prick or heel prick methods.
Ensure patient identification matches official document and patient compliance with test requirement
Strictly observe pre-blood collection, blood collection and post blood collection procedure
Provide good service quality and customer satisfaction
Monitor and manage the inventory of medical supplies stocked and utilised by the phlebotomy team and self
Maintain clean and hygienic work environment
Perform other ad hoc job tasks or projects as assigned by superior

Job Requirements
Certificate of Performance in Theory and Practice of Phlebotomy, Enrolled Nurse, Diploma in Medical Technology or equivalent in related discipline
Minimum 2 years' of relevant hands-on phlebotomy experience
5.5 days work week, able to work on weekends, public holidays and shift hours where necessary
Willing to travel and work in outpatient and project settings
Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills. You are the team player we are looking for
