Job scope will include scooping and serving icecream, waffles, etc/ cleaning/ cashier :)
Minimum commitment of 2 weekdays or 1 weekend, at least 6 months
FULL TIME PAY STRUCTURE:
44 hour work week - $2200
55 hour work week - $2600
PART TIME PAY STRUCTURE:
Probation shifts: First 5 shifts, $7/$8
Starting basic salary: $8 weekdays/$9 weekends
400 hours: $8.40/$9.40
800 hours: $8.80/$9.80
1400 hours: $9/$10

*FREQUENT WORKER BONUS
More than 70 hours in a month:
Pay per hour will increase by $0.50 for all hours worked that month
*CUST SERVICE BONUS
Obtain at least 50 customer ratings, with an average of 3.95 or higher; No customer complaints that month:
Pay per hour will increase by $0.50 for all hours worked that month
