PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responding to customer feedback, compliments and complaints from emails, calls and social media.
• Able to liaise or communicate with external and internal customers.
• Take down any corporate sales enquiries for follow-up if required.
• Updating inventory for webstore sales.
• Printing of the Coffee Bean Cards
• Scheduling of delivery, stocks inventory and maintenance of CBTL machines



SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Attend to customers’ enquiries on CBTL products and upselling (Training provided by Specialty Sales Manager).
• Assist respective Outlets enquiries in regard to CBTL products especially customers go directly to outlet for machine help.
• Updating of database of customers’ enquiries with detailed information.
• Data entry processing
