Job Description :
Maintain a positive and professional approach with co-workers and customers
Ensure that working areas are always kept clean
Promote good team spirit regularly
Responsible for cleanliness and sanitation of his section.
Prepares vegetables, meat to roast and fish ready to cook according to the recipes
Learns all kind of kitchen work.
Collects storeroom items according to the requisitions
Carry out any other culinary duties as per reporting manager and Executive Chef.
Minimum 1 year experience
Entry level may apply as training will be provided
Good knowledge of kitchen equipment
Ability to work in a team
Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods
Must be versatile and able to moving around the kitchen & multitasking
