Sponsored Diploma in F&B within 6 months by employer
Career Progression within F&B industry
Structured Training (Classroom & eLearning) and On-the-Job Training (OJT) provided upon acceptance (fully sponsored by hiring employer)
No prior F&B experiences required
Candidate with Front of the House (Services) experience may apply to convert their career to Back of the House (Chef)
Candidate should not have related Back of the House (Kitchen/Chef) experience within the last 10 years

Job Descriptions:
Ensure and maintain all inventories are in order/sufficient.
Hot and Cold cooking
Assist Chef in overseeing daily operation
Gain knowledge of the company and make essential decision when necessary
Ensure the efficiency of kitchen operation is properly maintained
Responsible for planning weekly/monthly schedule of manpower
Liaise with superiors and top management when necessary
Perform effective problem-solving skills when necessary
Perform stock ordering and controlling in daily basis
Able to commit to SHRM Diploma training sponsored by employer within 6 months
High energy and a strong passion for delighting customers
Strong management skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team
Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
