You are passionate about food;
You take the initiative to ensure quality food, service and ambiance to our guests.
Through ownership, teamwork and kinship, you help to create memories for our many Loyal guests.
Prepare and cook various food items according to the Company’s quality and cost requirements
Perform kitchen tasks according to kitchen task cycle and instructions from the outlet chef or respective supervisor
Maintain condition and cleanliness of all kitchen equipment requirements
No experience is required, training will be provided
Available to work shifts and/or weekends
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment & still provide Consistent Quality every single time
Qualified applicants will have salaries commensurate w the amount of Experience
TECHNICAL SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES TO BE ACQUIRED DURING TRAINING:
1. Perfection of Mousse-making, Sponge Making, Bread Making
2. Perfection in Espresso coffee extraction(Barista)
3. All aspects of Confections and pastry creation
4. Perfection in Basic cooking - western style
5. Costings of Confections and pastries
6. Leading the kitchen
