Attend briefings prior to restaurant opening, well-groomed and equipped with the basic aids of operations
Learn the non-available items, menu preparations and their presentation.
Check all the equipment and furniture at the station for their serviceability and maintenance requirements.
Clean and polish restaurant.
Stock the sideboard with proprietary sauces and disposable
Demonstrate basic knife skills
Grill ready to use products
Fried ready to use products
Maintain F&B production environment
Maintain quality control procedures
Prepare equipment and ingredients
Prepare seafood, fish and meat for cooking
Receive and store products
Understand halal food requirement
Maintain safe and secure working environments
Follow F&B safety and hygiene policies and procedures
- From $1700 - $2500. remuneration based on experience for Full time.
- From $10 - $15 per hour. remuneration based on experience for Part time.
