Kitchen Crew:
• Food preparation for sauce & seasoning.
• Assist head chef in the preparation of food ingredients & cooking.
• Operate kitchen equipment such as Grill, Fryer and etc.
• Assist in managing the operation of the kitchen.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen at all times and assist in any ad-hoc duties assigned.
Service Crew:
• To ensure overall cleanliness of restaurant at all times.
• To have good product knowledge (training provided).
• Preparation of beverage and serving.
• Prepare for closing/opening, clean up and rearrange/replenishing set up.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by managers and supervisors.
Requirements:
• Passionate about F&B and culinary arts.
• Driven and willing to learn.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to commit rotational shift, weekends and public holidays.
⏰ Working Hours:
• 8 hours work per day, anything above would be Overtime Pay.
• Between 9:30AM-11PM.
Part-Time positions are available too, up to $12/hr!
•$12 Friday-Sunday, 12PM-3PM & 5PM-10PM
