We are looking for a Accounts / Finance Assistant to join our team. Reporting to the Finance Manager and work closely with internal and external parties. The individual would be responsible for Account Receivable (AR), Account Payable (AP) and Administrative support within the company.

Responsibilities:,

Generate invoices, debit and credit note
Handles Account Payable (AP) / Account Receivable (AR)
Daily settlement of credit card/ NETS machine
Assist with filing of documentation
Preparation of Daily and Monthly reports
Assist with ad-hoc administrative duties when requires
Requirements and Qualifications:

NITEC or LCCI or Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
Book keeping experience and/or experience in AR / AP
Proficient in MS Office
Candidates with no prior experiences are also encouraged to apply
Working hours: 5-days work week (Monday to Friday, From 11am - 8pm)
