• Work closely with relevant departments to ensure customers' inquiries are attended to.
• Provide advisory to drivers or evaluate changes
• Coordinate between drivers, customers and partners.
• Ensure exceptions are resolved.
• Perform any ad-hoc duties.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year in Coordination Experience
• Able to start work in short notice
• Familiar with Singapore roads and locations (Not Necessary)
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• This role is open to Singaporeans only

Remuneration:

• Basic Salary - $1900 (Probation) to $2200 (confirmed)
• Shift Allowance - $8 per working day for eligible shift
• Attendance incentive - $300 (no lateness, no absences)
• Tenure allowance - after 1st/2nd/3rd yr anniversary of employment the employee is eligible for $150-$500/monthly tenure allowances
• Meal Allowance for any day's overtime more than 2 hours - $10
• Overtime pay eligible

Working Hours: 5.5 days/week

You may be assigned to any of the rosters below.

• Monday to Friday: 11am to 8pm, Saturday: 11am to 3pm, Overtime: 4pm to 8pm (overtime pay with meal allowance is compulsory once a week) (Eligible Shift Allowance)
• Monday to Friday: 8am to 5pm, Sunday: 8am to 12pm, Overtime: 1pm to 5pm (overtime pay with meal allowance is compulsory once a week)
