Responsibilities :

•Provide sales support to sales representative by taking calls & emails from customers and alert sales rep to any urgent issues.
•Main customer sales record using ERP system
•Entry of customer's order, processing, scheduling and filing

Requirement :

•Minimum education diploma
•Well versed in both English and Chinese to liaise with the internal and external Chinese - speaking associates
•Knowledge of computers and Microsoft excel
