Responsibilities
✅Front-line customer service role
✅Assist airlines for front line counter operation
✅Ensure smooth departure process - Assist in Gate duties - scan boarding pass and work closely with Flight Captain / Cabin Crew
✅Deploy to Arrival Services, to assist to Lost and Found Services for Baggage and conduct tracing activities
✅Ad-hoc e.g. assist passenger with special needs / handling, VIP passenger service handling
