Job Duties and Responsibilities
• Prepare high-quality food ingredients such as premixing of breading flour
• Ensure that all the fresh chickens are carefully hand-breaded with the breading flour before cooking
• Monitor the temperature of the oil and cooking time of the chickens
• Check the quality of the cooked chickens before serving
• Follow all relevant food, health and workplace safety procedures
• Manage and monitor food waste.
• Ensure that kitchen area, equipment and utensils are cleaned at the start and end of work shift.
