Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Design creative artwork and graphics for digital media.
• Create image content for digital and social media campaigns based on design ideas and concepts.
• Manage various social media platforms
• Design poster layout and print collateral.
• Support all marketing initiatives relating to delivery.
• Process customer orders and refunds promptly.
• Monitor employee attendance and notify on work time discrepancies.
• Manage all work pass application, renewal, and cancellation.
• Arrange employee for food hygiene course prior to commencement of work.
• Handle refund and customer recovery for delivery services
• Respond and follow up on customer enquiries and feedback on online platforms.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management.

Job Specification

• Diploma in Marketing, Graphic Design or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in Administration, Marketing and Design.
• Good knowledge in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Typography design.
• Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint/Words/Excel).
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin so as to interact with Mandarin-speaking employees/customers.
