Job Description
Customer service centric mindset is a must.
Provide quality customer service to customers over the phone and email.
Data entry, including processing of inquiries, Quotations, and process Sales orders from customers.
Work as part of our admin team to ensure customers the best possible experience on all fronts of the company.
Responsible for processing and management of customer's orders with timely delivery arrangement.
Check all POs from internal and external customers to ensure items, quantity, and amount are correct.
Coordinate and ensure that all KPIs are met.
Manage enquiries and feedback of our customers through email, website live chat service and phone calls.
Point of contact for customers in all purchase orders and deliveries concerns.
Data entry & documentation, provide admin support daily to sales team.
Ad hoc duties when necessary
• 1 to 2 years relevant working experience
• Able to commence work immediately
• Able to work in Bedok area
• Able to work independently & able to work as a team
• Good Interpersonal Skills, Meticulous and Detailed Oriented
• Computer Iterate

Working Time

• 5.5 day work week (Monday to Friday 9:00am-6:00pm) | Saturday: 9am-1pm
