To work directly under the Office Manager to provide Receptionist & other administrative function.

The Job:
Receptionist Duties
- Responsible in smooth running of the office and customer service reception, operate the telephone system, answer and manage incoming calls
- Responsible in meeting, greeting & directing visitors
- Determine & take down customer’s request or enquiries

Administrative Duties
- Perform mail franking service, maintain & update all mails, messages & distribute to the respective personnel
- Collect, sort & distribute all incoming parcels, magazines & mail
- Assist in follow-up on flights booking, cabs, hotels & courier services
- Assist in general office duties, like liaise with landlord & contractors, office maintenance & etc
- Assist in general purchases like stationary/sundry, printing of name-cards and other office supplies
- Assist in general insurance, safety & office security matters
- Coordination for meeting rooms
- Assist in other routine administrative tasks

The Person:
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ level
- Good Telephone etiquette and able to multi-task
- A ‘people-person’ and always has a smile on her face
- Able to start work immediately or within short period

Working location: Harbourside Building 2
