Job Description
• greet customers
• Guest Experience engagement
• Handle customers queries and feedback
• Assist in SOK(self-ordering Kiosk) ordering
• Ensure queue control/safe distancing measures and procedures (eg. Checking of vaccinated status for dine in customer)
• Work closely with team members to ensure the smooth service & communication with guests
• Assist team members in the service counter when needed
• Undertake any ad-hoc duties as assigned by Restaurant Manager.

Pre-requisites
• With at least One (1)year of experience are welcome (training will be provided)
• Positive, friendly attitude and good people skills to take the best care of our customers, making their experience with us unique and up to their expectations.
• Proactive in learning
• Good communication skills
• Able to work under pressure
• Need to work on weekends / Public Holidays / Shift Work

Working Hours / Location
Rotating shifts / Islandwide
6 days work week
