Support the staff transport team and ensure smooth transport operations daily.
Handle staff grievances and address concerns related to staff transport matters with external vendors, while keeping a record.
Manage transport related data, including platform users, ridership statistics, costs and frequency statuses with accurate record keeping for dashboarding and cost monitoring purposes.
Check transport related invoices against ridership data and support cost allocations and liaise with Finance or other BU representatives on billing related matters.
Build rapport and collaborative relationships between all Business Units by providing technical guidance and/or simple training for end users where required.
Carry out any further tasks for which your qualifications & experience are suited as directed by the Company.


Minimum Diploma with at least 3 years of frontline working experience
Good written and oral communication skills in English
Technically savvy, familiarity with computers and office procedures is necessary, including an understanding of word processing and spreadsheet software
Strong team player with the ability to work well with others
Self-motivated and independent with complex problem-solving skills
Able to work under pressure and perform shift duties
Possess excellent customer service attitude and strong analytical thinking skills with attention to details
