-Front-line customer service role
-Assist in checking in at counter, scan and check passports and boarding tickets
-Ensuring the smooth departure process
-Assist in Lost & Found Services and baggage tracing activities
-Ad-hoc duties as assigned
-Good communication and interpersonal skills.
-Service-oriented and passionate to work in the aviation industry
-Able to work in fast paced environment
