Job Responsibilities:
As a Passenger Service Associate, you are key in creating a pleasant experience for passengers. You will join a dynamic team in an exciting environment to gain insights to ground handling operations in the Airport. You can look forward to career opportunities, attractive incentives and recognition.

• Process documentation for departing passengers (i.e., Tickets, luggage tags)
• Assist and guide passengers on use of Self Service Kiosk and Auto Bag Drops
• Sort out discrepancies, last-minute requests at the counter & gate (i.e., Duplicate check-in, missing passengers, seat change etc.)
• To perform service desk duties when assigned (i.e., Ticket sales, excess baggage payment collection)
• Ad-hoc duties assigned by your supervisor

Job Requirements:
• Singaporeans only
• Possesses at least GCE 'N' Level
• Experience in Passenger/Customer Service is a bonus
